You can contact our team of volunteers in the following ways:
The following mailing lists exist at the gothub.org domain. The members of our admin team are subscribed to these lists.
Please pick the list which best fits the purpose of your request.
- Send mail to signup@ to sign up for a tier.
- Send mail to admins@ for general discussion with the admin team and user feedback or questions which do not fit the other lists.
- Send mail to security@ to discuss any security issues or general security concerns with the site.
- Send mail to abuse@ for reporting Terms of Service violations and problems caused elsewhere on the internet which seem to originate from our servers.
IRC
Some of our admins are reachable on the #gothub IRC channel on Libera. It might take 24 hours or more for someone to notice your message. If you have already left the channel by then there is no way for us to respond.

Response Time
While we do collect funds to support our developers and admins, this project is not anyone's full-time job at present. Much of our time spent on this project occurs in a voluntary capacity. Please be kind and patient with us when you need support.
